Elizabeth has lived a holistic lifestyle for over 20 years and utilizes it in much of her practice. She recognized her passion for helping others at a very young age. Elizabeth discovered Chinese Medicine more than a decade ago and was enamored by its amazing ability to encourage healing on every level; mind, body and spirit. Elizabeth is a highly skilled Acupuncturist and Herbalist. She feels it’s very important to empower each person through education, and believes that communication between patient and practitioner is the key to achieving optimum results.
When Elizabeth is not treating patients she spends her time reading, gardening, doing yoga & pilates, cooking and spending time with her family.
Elizabeth has operated a private practice in Denver since receiving her licensure in 2011, she holds the title Diplomate of Oriental Medicine.
Elizabeth received her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This is a four-year program that consists of 2,850 hours of education including 990 hours of clinical practice. She earned certifications in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine and is titled as a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Elizabeth is a licensed Acupuncturist and is licensed by the State of Colorado (DORA). She is also trained in Esoteric, 5 Element, Japanese Acupuncture, and is currently studying the Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy.
